Shipping and return goods

Shipping times

Our Olive oil will be bottled at the same time of your order.  Therefore, the preparation time of our merchandise may take between 3 to 5 days from your order, starting from the very first working day, based on its size.

Should you request different goods with different shipping times, our shipping will be with the merchandise that requie more time to be delivered.

 

Delivery Time

Delivery times of our shippings in our notice Email are those indicated by our shipping companies.

Usually it takes between 3 to 5 days for National shippings and between 3 to 10 days for International processings.

Deliveries are exclusively during working days, from Monday to Friday, and during our opening hours, from 9 to 6 PM.

All our shippings can be tracked online through our partner GLS website www.gls.com and by clicking on the link you’ll find in our notice email.

 

 

Shipping Fees

All our shipping fees in Italy, are listed in our website by default. As you select your country.

 

Transport is garanteed

Our shippings are covered by an insurance policy in case of break, theft or loss during the goods transport.

Safe Packaging

All our foodstuffs that are branded Olearia E C. Aliminusa SNC are shipped only with suitable packaging material used by shipping companies.

 

Returned Goods

All our customers have the right of withdrawal. All our goods can be returned.
